ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondents 1 to 3 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12057 of 2025, by order dated 04.07.2025 passed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The main ground raised by the petitioner/de-facto complainant for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to respondents 1 to 3/accused is that they have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court requiring them to report before the respondent police.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that respondents 1 to 3/accused have complied with the said condition for a period of thirty days.

5. Since respondents 1 to 3 have complied with the condition imposed, the ground raised by the petitioner/de-facto complainant for cancellation of the anticipatory bail cannot be accepted. Therefore, this Court is of the view that there are no grounds to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to respondents 1 to 3.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 22.06.2026 mkn To 1.The Inspector of Police, B4-Koodal Pudur Police Station, Madurai City.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
