This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.16431 of 2024 dated 22.07.2024 has not been complied with.

2. Today (30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that as against the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.16431 of 2024 dated 22.07.2024, a writ appeal in WA(MD) No.2722 of 2024 and C.M.P(MD).No.18821 of 2024 has been preferred before the Division Bench of this Court, wherein, an order of interim stay has been granted, by order dated 28.03.2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the Division Bench of this Court has seized of the matter, this contempt petition is closed. 30.01.2026 tta 2/4
