The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents-1 & 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely Tamilkumaran, son of Tamilvanan aged about 29 years before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that they got information from the Goa Police that the petitioner's son Tamilkumaran was arrested by the Goa police in connection with crime No.252 of 2019 registered by the Panaji police station, North Goa for the offence under Section 380 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
