ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on a complaint given by the minor son of the petitioner, the petitioner being harassed by the second respondent police.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on a complaint given by the son of the petitioner enquiry has been conducted. She would further submit that based on the outcome of the complaint, necessary steps will be taken.
