Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the Karur Vysya Bank Ltd.

2. The petitioner has since filed S.A.No.614 of 2023 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The petitioner has to work out their rights only before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
