Petitioner Vs The Sub Registrar Office of the Sub Registrar, Thirumangalam, Madurai District Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the refusal check slip No. RFL/Thirumangalam/11/2025 dated 19.07.2025 issued by the respondent refusing to register a partition deed submitted by the petitioner and others in respect of the land in Survey No. 90/8B1 at Madippanur Bit - 1 Village, Thirumangalam Taluk in Madurai District and quash the same consequently directing the respondent to register the partition deed without insisting for the encumbrance certificate and revenue records.
