This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order in set aside the order in Crl.M.P. No. 1173 of 2018 in M.C.No. 81 of 2013 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, dated. 31.10.2022, wherein, the revision petitioner was directed to pay the arrears amount of Rs.1,64,000/- to the respondents, within a period of 5 days, without fail. 2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that he is ready to pay the arrears amount on instalment basis. 3.It appears that the revision petitioner is regularly paying the amount, ranging from Rs.6,000/- to Rs.12,000/-. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to pay the arrears amount, within 15 days, from the date of this order, in two instalments and the first instalment is to be paid on or before 08.12.2022 and the second instalment will have to be paid on or before 15.12.2022. 4.With the above modification, this Criminal Revision case stands disposed of.
