ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any case.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on a complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was initiated and the same was closed. She would further submit that the second respondent police have not harassed the petitioner.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
