Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that the suit in O.S.No.165 of 2011 itself was disposed of by a decree and judgment dated 25.08.2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Oddanchatram and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
