ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. The petitioner claims to be in possession of the petition mentioned site for several decades. There is material to show that the property was purchased from one Thangammal from the petitioner's father. It is a registered document. The petitioner's father had executed a will in favour of the petitioner on 24.05.2013. It is also a registered document. The petitioner also relies on G.O Ms. No.34 dated 23.01.2008 and G.O Ms.No.318, Revenue and Disaster Management dated 30.08.2019.

3.The second respondent shall take into account all these materials and pass orders on the petition mentioned representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
