ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners' father Sakthivel is an accused in Crime No.569 of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii) (C), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act and that the petitioners' father was arrested and he has given a statement stating that he had sent the amount through his sons and that is why, the second respondent has directed the petitioners to appear for enquiry and immediately they have filed the present petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are doing textile business and they have nothing to do with any transaction of their father.

Whatever it is, since, on the basis of the confession given by the petitioners' father, the second respondent has directed the petitioners to appear for enquiry, the second respondent is directed again to issue written summons to the petitioners and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
