COMMON ORDER These contempt petitions are filed that the orders of this Court in W.P(MD).Nos.14162 and 15217 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024 have not been complied with.

Today (30.01.2026), when these contempt petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as against the orders of this Court in W.P(MD).Nos.14162 and 15217 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024, writ appeals in WA(MD) Nos.2733, 2734 and 2735 of 2024 have been preferred before the Division Bench of this Court and the same was allowed on 30.07.2025.
