This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.17 of 2013 expeditiously.

2.It is stated by the revision petitioner that the matter is pending in the stage of arguments from the year 2018. 3.In such view of the position, the trial Court is directed to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.17 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
