ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.7, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.02.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w. Sections 20(b) 1/3

(ii)(c) of NDPS Act altered into Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.582 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. There are totally 11 accused persons in this case and the petitioner has been arrayed as A7. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were found in possession of 22Kgs of ganja.

3. A9 and A10 who are also similarly placed like the petitioner also approached this Court and filed bail applications in Crl.OP(MD). Nos. 10586 and 16479 of 2024. This Court was not inclined to enlarge them on bail and the petitions were dismissed. This petition must also to be treated in the same line.

4. This Court has already fixed a time limit for the completion of the case within 4 months. Therefore, the same shall be kept in mind by the learned Trial Judge and the case shall be completed.
