ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to conduct a fair investigation and file a final report in Crime No.378 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police as contemplated under Section 173 of BNSS, 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate, which is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
