This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni to expedite the trial in C.C.No.421 of 2024 and dispose the same within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2. The petitioner who is arrayed as A2 in C.C.No.241 of 2025 seeks expeditious disposal of the said case. It is seen that on the application filed by the defacto complainant, this Court has issued a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13314 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025.
