ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the encashment of leave salary and payment of Special Provident Fund I and II, by considering his representation dated 01.04.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner made a representation on 01.04.2025 to disburse the encashment of leave salary and payment of Special Provident Fund, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
