ORDER

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Challenge has been made to the refusal check slip dated 15.10.2024 issued by the 2nd respondent on the ground that original Will, patta and legal heir certificate have not been produced.

3.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that if the petitioner produces all the documents ie., patta, legal heir certificate and certified copy of the Will, the registering authority will register the document presented by the petitioner. 2/4

4.In such view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to produce the patta, legal heir certificate and certified copy of the Will to the 2nd respondent, who in turn on receipt of the same, is directed to register the document presented by the petitioner. Such an exercise is directed to be completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
