The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner's daughter Elavarasi belonging to Hindu Pallar Community certifying as Scheduled Caste on considering his application receipt No.TN-520191010982 dated 10.10.2019 within a time frame.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.26153 of 2019 submitted by the petitioner seeking for Community Certificate has already been rejected by the third respondent. However, the third respondent has given liberty to the petitioner to submit the relevant documents for re-considering the application. 3.Since the third respondent had already passed orders in the application submitted by the petitioner and also recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.
