PRAYER:This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to the first information report in Crime No.533 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.533 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard Mr.B.Prahalad Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and Mr.I.Pinaygash, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearig today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that during the course of investigation, it was found that no documentary evidence was available with the second respondent with regard to the alleged transaction. Therefore, the respondent police closed the case as 'further action dropped' and RCS notice has also been served upon the second respondent. CRL OP(MD). No.18811 of 2019 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal original petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
