to condone the delay of 1779 days in preferring the above review petition in Rev.Aplc(MD)SR.No.79949 of 2024 and thus render justice.
ORDER
Considering the fact that the revision petitioner who is the 1st respondent herein has chosen to give up notice to the petitioner herein, who was then the 2nd respondent on the ground that they remained ex parte in the W.O.P, this Court has not heard the arguments of the petitioner i.e., the 2nd respondent in the revision petition. The petitioner has therefore made out a case for hearing the review. It is the contention that several facts were not brought to the notice of this Court and therefore, the order in C.R.P(PD) (MD)No.443 of 2011 came to be passed. It is further stated that it is only in the year 2023, that the present Committee has been elected and they have immediately taken steps to move this review petition.
2. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given, this Court is inclined to condone the delay and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
