ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to give the arrears amount of subsistence allowance for the period of temporary suspension from 20.02.2019 to 18.06.2019 to the petitioner herein.

2.Mr.E.Mareeskumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that pending the writ petition, the arrears of subsistence allowance for the period between 20.02.2019 and 18.06.2019, wherein, the petitioner was placed under suspension temporarily, has been paid to him and that the petitioner may not have any further grievance.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition stands closed. If any arrears of subsistence allowance has not been paid to the petitioner, it is open to him to approach this Court by filing a fresh writ petition. No costs.
