ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.09.2024 for the offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A) BDPS Act & Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act in Crime No.157 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 105 grams of Kanja. There are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner, out of which, the petitioner was convicted in three cases. 3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 4.Even though a small quantity is involved in this case, going by the previous conduct of the petitioner, it is seen that the petitioner is a drug peddler.
