The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.256 of 2023, have filed this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.256 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.256 of 2023, charge sheet has been filed in E.Filing No.LTN 20220001975C202400091 before the PCR Court, Trichy, on 24.09.2024.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P(MD).No.11832 of 2024 is closed. 08.11.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
