This habeas corpus petition is filed by wife stating that her husband gone missing leaving her and the minor child.
2. After notice, the respondents have traced the man, who was gainfully employed in Karnataka, but has not informed to his family.
3. Today, out of turn, on mentioning, the matter is taken up for consideration since the detenu been secured and produced.
4. On enquiry, the detenu states that for want of employment he left Tirupur and joined the another company in Karnataka, but he could not contact the family. Now, he come forward to take his wife and child to Karnataka.
5. Being satisfied that the detenu is alive and not been under any illegal custody, this Court finds nothing survives in this habeas corpus petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
