Heard Mr.K.K.Samy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to grant an order by exempting the Petitioner from surrendering pursuant to the judgment imposed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani in C.C.No.74 of 2011, dated 29.11.2021 which was confirmed by the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court) Palani in Crl.A.No.31 of 2021, dated 30.06.2025.

3. In view of the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.11769 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1216 of 2025, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
