ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The grievance of the respondents is that the petitioner is not cooperating for enquiry.
3.The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on 31.10.2023 in the office of the third respondent. If the petitioner fails to appear, the petition shall be closed. If the petitioner appears on the said date, enquiry shall be held and after issuance of notice to all the interested parties, an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law shall be passed within a period of eight weeks thereafter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order in one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone in the merits of the matter. 2/4
