2.This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to disburse the contributory pension benefits payable to the petitioner's husband based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 01.07.2025 seeking disbursement of contributory pension benefits payable to her husband, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
