Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PALMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 258 days in representing the Crl.RC(MD)SR.No.8086 of 2019. 2.Heard both side.

Crl.M.P(MD)No.11292 of 2019 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.5,00/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
