Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner's son had sent on a foreign project. He appears to have met with an accident on 14.05.1989 and died in a hospital at Riyadh. In this regard, some proceedings have already taken place. The petitioner is said to have been paid a paltry sum as compensation. The petitioner now wants further compensation. 3.The grievance of the petitioner might as well be justified. However, this Court cannot grant him relief, that too at this point of time. He has to necessarily work out his remedy elsewhere. 2/ 4
