Prayer in C.M.P.(MD) No.1494 of 2026:Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 12 of Guardians and Wards Act, to grant interim custody of the petitioner's son namely V.P.Johith aged 5 years/2025 to the petitioner pending disposal of the above appeal.

COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) Heard both sides.

2. The interim stay order granted by this Court on 23.11.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/husband can visit his minor child between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at the ADR Centre, Erode, on first and third Saturday of every month and at ADR Centre, Karur, on the second and fourth Saturday of every month.

3. The respondents/appellants are directed to bring the minor children, namely, V.P.Johith, as mentioned supra without fail.
