For Petitioner : Mr.A.Rahul (In all cases) For Respondents : Mr.K.Ramaiah Standing Counsel (In all cases) COMMON ORDER The present writ petitions have been filed by retired Selection Grade Conductors, retired Foreman and retired Special Grade Conductor of the Transport Corporation seeking disbursal of surrender leave salary on the ground that though they have already attained superannuation on various dates in the year 2022, yet the said benefits have not been disbursed to them.
2. Considering the above said facts, the respondent Corporation is directed to settle the surrender leave salary of the respective employees along with 6% interest from the date on which the respective employees got superannuated. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight
(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
3. With the above said observations, all the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
