2. The matter has been directed to be listed 'for reporting compliance', since it was informed to this Court that the matter was pending before the Commissioner. As a final chance, time is given till 18.12.2024 for reporting compliance and it is needless to state that the compliance would be the issue of patta. Despite the order of the civil Court holding that the gift deed executed by the petitioners' father in favour of Boothan Board to be null and void, the respondents are seeking to sit in appeal over the unchallenged judgment and decree of the civil Court by not issuing the patta. Since the petitioners have not 2/4

made out any case that the order in W.P.(MD) Nos.4061 and 4062 of 2016 dated 09.09.2024 on the file of this Court suffers from error apparent on the basis of the grounds raised, this Review Applications stand dismissed. The first respondent/the District Collector, is present through online today on the directions of this Court and his presence is dispensed with. No costs.
