ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. V. Angusamy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. E. Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed seeking to amend the second petitioner's name/L.Sivagamy as Sampurnam @ L.Sivagamy in the order copy, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18898 of 2022, dated 07.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced a copy of the Aadhar Card of the second petitioner, wherein, the name of the second petitioner is shown as Sampurnam. Hence, he seeks necessary amendment in the order copy. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents has no objection for ordering this petition.
4.In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the time is extended by ten days for surrender, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment as prayed for and issue fresh order copy.
