O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that a complaint was given by the second respondent stating that son of the petitioner by name Shanmugapandi had physical relationship with the second respondent and later refused to marry her. When that was informed to these petitioners, they threatened the second respondent.

3. Notice was ordered to the second respondent. Even though she received the summon, failed to appear before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that son of the first petitioner is working in CRPF, Rajasthan. But he does not co-operate with the respondent Police to complete the process enquiry.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that the petitioner's son appeared once for enquiry, thereafter did not. 2/4

6. Let the above said complaint be enquired on its own merits by summoning the petitioners as well as the second respondent herein within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

7. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
