ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.14 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Counel for State of TN (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case as there are allegations to constitute the 2/4

offences as per FIR. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed preserving the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
