ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Mr.A.Sivasubramanian, learned Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr. S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the second respondent and they have no serious objection to the petition being allowed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the application and considering the nature of issue involved in this case and also considering the fact that the respondents have not raised serious objection, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
