Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and ten days is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from today (i.e.,04.11.2024), the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
