ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records relating to the impugned charge sheet in P.R.C.No.19 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and to quash the same.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that final report has been filed before the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.247 of 2023.

3. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the committal process, if so required.

4. With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 20.12.2023 NCC :
