ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2025.

2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the fourth respondent, who is her husband, is attempting to conduct an ear piercing function for their children without her knowledge. According to the petitioner, she has given a representation to the official respondents to prevent the conduct of such function.

3. The respondent Police have no power to interfere in such matters. Consequently, a Writ cannot be issued to the respondent Police to consider the representation of the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any such action, there are other remedies available to her in law, to enforce her right. 2/4

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
