ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner claims that he was born to Jeyasakthivel and Vellaiyammal on 24.10.2002 at AJ Hospital, Vaiyampatti. Since his birth was not immediately registered, he is not having birth certificate. His father had passed away and the petitioner applied for appointment on compassionate grounds. The petitioner desperately requires birth certificate. He had also obtained a certificate from the fourth respondent that his birth was not registered on his file. Based on the same, the petitioner has moved the third respondent who is the authority competent to issue birth certificate. The third respondent is directed to issue birth certificate in favour of the petitioner as sought for within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
