Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Refusal Number RFL.IRANDAMPULIKADU/18/2024, dated 12.08.2024 on file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to register the Inam Settlement deed dated 12.08.2024 executed by the petitioner in favour of her daughters S.Hariun Nisha and D.Amirnisha within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified mandamus directing the respondent No.1 and call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Refusal Number RFL.IRANDAMPULIKADU/18/2024, dated 12.08.2024 on file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to register the Inam Settlement deed dated 12.08.2024 executed by the petitioner in favour of her daughters S.Hariun Nisha and D.Amirnisha.
