Heard Mr.S.Saravanan, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent.

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 26.08.2025 in Cr.M.P.NoUnnumbered of 2025 in Crime No. 457 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District and consequently direct the learned Court to taken on file the said case and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Saravanan, learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, submitted that the Revision Petitioner does not propose to press the Criminal Revision Petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Revision Petition.

4. Mr.M.Karunanithi learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
