ORDER
The Petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Inam Settlement Deed in Doc.No.1732/1972 executed in favour of the fourth respondent's Sangam in S.Nos.86/2A, B,C and D with an extent of 25 acres, situated at Paiyurpillaivayal Group, Sivagangai Taluk and District, based on the Petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2022. 2.Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned Addl. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.A perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition shows that this is purely a civil dispute between two private individuals and the land in question has been given to the fourth respondent some 50 years back by Inam Settlement and the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to cancel the same. As the subject-matter in question relates to two private individuals, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.
4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. It is left open to the Writ Petitioner to approach the competent forum for redressing his grievances, as sought for in this Writ Petition, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
