The above petition has been filed seeking orders to restore the petition in C.M.P(MD)No.11033 of 2025 in CMA(MD)SR No.11092 of 2025, which was dismissed for non-payment of batta within the stipulated time, vide order dated 28.07.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having objections.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to restore the petition in CMP(MD)No. 11033 of 2025 on file and list the same on 09.04.2026.
