This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR registered in Crime No.143 of 2020, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Orathanadu Police Station, Thanjavur District

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.143 of 2020, Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu on 18.06.2021 and he undertakes to furnish the copy of the said Final Report to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaenous Petition is closed.
