RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the Petitioners shall appear before the Respondent Police daily i.e. Evening at 6.30 pm until further orders in Crl.MP(MD)No.14371/2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.18776/2022 dated 22.11.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAJAPATHI ROY T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.14371 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18776 of 2022, dated 22.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.14371 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18776 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

of 2022, dated 22.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every Saturday of English calender month at 5.30 pm until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
