[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] After the petition was heard for sometime, counsel sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal before the District Collector, because the impugned order is an appealable order.
2. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. Counsel for petitioner makes an oral request to return the certified copy of the impugned order dated 17th October, 2024, and undertakes to substitute the same with a photocopy certified as "True Copy" by the Advocate on record.
4. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order upon the petitioner filing a photocopy of the impugned order endorsed by the Advocate on record as "True Copy".
5. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application stands dismissed.
