Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is the Vice-President of Sankarapuram Panchayat Union. The Vice President and the President are at loggerheads. Allegations and counter allegations have been made. The petitioner wants action to be taken against the Panchayats President under the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994. With this prayer, this writ petition came to be filed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4&5 points out that the complaint based on which this writ petition has been filed had actually not reached the first respondent. I do not want to go into the merits of the controversy. The learned Additional Advocate General submits that action will be taken against the President and Vice President under Sections 205 & 206 of 2/4

the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, no further order is required. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
