2.The petitioner had executed settlement deed dated 28.08.2025 in favour of his son. The petitioner claims to have presented the document for registration. His grievance is that the registering authority did not accept the document by citing the objection received from on Muthusamy, S/o. Solaiyan. In this background, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the objection received from Muthusamy, S/o. Solaiyan had already been negatived. The respondent is ready to register the writ petitioner's document, provided that the writ petitioner follows the usual procedures.

4.Recording the stand of the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
